FAN-CONTENT NOTICE.
This is an independent community website for The Unvanquished, not an official EVE Online service.
INDEPENDENT FAN PROJECT.
EVE Online and associated names, trademarks, artwork, and game assets are the intellectual property of Fenris Creations (formerly CCP Games) and/or their respective rights holders. The Unvanquished is a player-run community and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Fenris Creations.
The currently published EVE Online Content Creation Terms of Use still prescribe the following historical wording when applicable:
This material is used with limited permission of CCP Games. No official affiliation or endorsement by CCP Games is stated or implied.
The presence of that wording reflects the published terms; it does not mean that the studio still operates under its former name.
